We are excited to announce that Alumil, a key partner in the RecAL project, will be presenting at the 3rd Annual Global ESG and Sustainability Summit in Paris on September 19-20, 2024. Their presentation, titled “Towards Green Aluminium Production: The Case Study of Alumil Loop 80 and its Role in the RecAl Project,” will highlight their groundbreaking work in sustainable aluminium production.

Alumil has long been a leader in integrating recycled materials into their products. Their commitment to sustainability is exemplified by their latest innovation. Following the success of Loop 60—the first certified recycled aluminium for architectural systems in Greece—Alumil has now introduced Loop 80, which incorporates an impressive 80% recycled aluminium. This new milestone further underscores Alumil’s dedication to advancing the standards of aluminium recycling.

The recycled aluminium content of Loop 80 has been certified by TÜV AUSTRIA, a globally recognized certification body, ensuring that these products meet the highest standards of sustainability and quality. This certification is a testament to Alumil’s ability to deliver high-quality architectural solutions that not only meet but exceed international sustainability criteria, such as LEED and BREEAM.

ALUMIL Loop 80

During the summit, Alumil will share insights into the development and impact of Loop 80, and discuss its role within the broader RecAL project. This project aims to revolutionize aluminium recycling practices and promote the use of recycled materials in the construction industry, aligning with global ESG and sustainability goals.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more about how innovative practices like those of Alumil are shaping the future of sustainable construction and contributing to a greener planet. We look forward to seeing you in Paris!
